Get to making your levels on LittleBigPlanet,because after Saturday they will not make it into the Retail Release.I was hoping that Sony and Media Molecule would do this and even though I only have 1 level(Kotaku Land).I might just try to get one going before then.
One thing I’ve noticed is the polish of some of the levels and the Beta has just been going for a week or two.Imagine a few months after the games release.Amazing.

I can’t remember the last time I sat down with a game and just smiled the entire time while playing it.That was until I got my hands on the LittleBigPlanet Beta.Clearly,Sony and Media Molecule have made a hit on their hands.
I won’t go into a lot of depth because it is a Beta and the finale game will have a lot more in it,but the polish that the game shows in the Beta is astounding.This is a feature title for sure and Sony should be marketing it as much as possible.It’s the first game I’ve seen that gives you updates on what your friends are doing in levels in realtime along with what is happening to your creations.It’s easy to play a co-op level and the tools are just simply amazing.
In short,I would be utterly amazed if this isn’t the number one title on the Playstation 3 and I advise any of you wary of trying a platformer to go now and pre-order.You will not be let down.

There will be a lot of info on the LBP betas today from multiple sources.Gamespot should be sending out invites.1up will have info on their beta keys.Perhaps,IGN also. The official LBP site will also have Beta news available.
Now,does anyone have a spare Beta key? I’m hoping to win one from the Gamespot contest myself.

Thanks to a very generous friend on my psn friends list,I’ve been playing the Socom Beta.Well,trying to play the beta would be more like it. I’m sure Sony and Slant Six will get it tuned before it’s release in October,but trying to get into an actually play a game has been a frustrating experience for the past couple days.They have released a patch,but the loading and glitches are making it very hard to play a decent game. No sound,terrible lag have been a few issues.I look forward to the actual release and hopefully all of the problems will be ironed out.I was able to get a pretty amazing Headshot with my HK this afternoon 
Socom Beta pushed to Sept 5th(Qore 12th) September 1, 2008

A post on the official Sony blog clears up some of the rumours about the Socom Beta.It will start on Sept 5th instead of the 1st and Qore users get into it on the 12th. I bought the Qore episode,so I can’t wait to give it a try on the 12th. Just remember all of your stats will be reset when the retail copy goes out in October.

I’m not going to post the video,but you can find it on www.ps3fanboy.com. I just don’t understand the thinking of some people.You get the chance to play in a beta for a game that is months out and you violate the agreement by showing video. This beta is a stress test for the servers,but still I can’t imagine what people get out of doing this.I guess we are just so spoiled that we have to know everything about everything now.

Just got a Playstation underground email stating that the Resistance 2 beta is scheduled for late September and you can get a invitation by purchasing the third episode of Qore.I’m defintely picking this up.

LittleBigPlanet is running a beta right now that looks to be exclusive to certain individuals in the European area.This makes sense being that the game is being made in the UK,but I’m hoping for a least a little sampling of the beta over here in the NA region? At least make one or two backgrounds available and the tools and give us a shot to try her out.I know many people like myself are just aching to get a shot at this game..
So Sony,give us a bone and let us get a shot at this little marvel.
